TMA Bucks: Ride septa to bucks county
TMA Bucks partnered with Anomaly Films to encourage residents and visitors to explore Bucks County via SEPTA Regional Rail. The goal was simple: show how easy it is to travel car-free to some of the county’s most charming destinations.
Concept & Approach
We crafted a three-part campaign centered around Doylestown, Yardley, and Bristol—each with its own video showcasing local businesses and attractions within walking distance of the train stations.
Our team handled every step of production, from concept development and scouting to filming and post. The result was a cohesive visual series that celebrated small businesses, scenic streets, and the ease of riding SEPTA to explore the area.
Each main film was complemented by a short-form social version, tailored for Instagram and Facebook to reach a broader audience and encourage weekend ridership.
Production Approach
We approached the shoot with a small, nimble crew—allowing us to move quickly between locations without sacrificing quality. Two RED Komodos were used throughout the project, one handheld and one on a gimbal, giving us flexibility to capture both dynamic and cinematic shots. We took time to carefully light each business in a way that felt natural to how people would experience them in person, maintaining a warm, inviting tone throughout. Everything was shot on Cooke Speed Panchros, which added a soft, classic warmth that perfectly complemented the character of each town.
The result
The final campaign gave TMA Bucks a cohesive library of cinematic assets that told a unified story of connection—between local businesses, communities, and the transit lines that serve them.
Client feedback was overwhelmingly positive, praising both the visuals and the authentic way the videos captured the spirit of Bucks County.
